How will Clubs and districts pay Club Runner Fees after 1 July 2023

If clubs stay on Club Runner (CR) would they be paying their annual sub fee through Rotary Oceania ( RO)

Rotary Oceania will continue to manage the Clubrunner subscriptions until 30 June 2023
