How will Clubs and districts pay Club Runner Fees after 1 July 2023

If clubs stay on Club Runner (CR) would they be paying their annual sub fee through Rotary Oceania ( RO)

No. when Rotary Oxeania  no longer hold the contract to CR after 1st July then any clubs and districts  on CR will be billed directly and will need to pay CR directly.
