The purpose of this Survey
As part of establishing the new Rotary District, Club and Trusts Associations Liability Insurance arrangements, we are required to conduct this survey.
The information will be provided to the insurer to establish the risk exposure going forward and this affects the premium costs.
It is very important that Clubs and Trusts participate as this will help in ongoing premium negotiations and insure that we have the covers needed.
The key issue is does you Club or Trust have an activity which may need to be clarified with the insurer.
As you are filling out this survey, if you have comments or queries, please use comments question for this purpose.
Who should complete?
This survey is to be completed by each Club, Club Trust or other Rotary Trust. The person completing the survey should be a club officer or a Trustee as the case may be,
A separate response is required for a Club and the Club Trust because they are separate legal entities. Please do NOT combine the response.
Who is the information going to?
The information supplied will be received by the Zone 8 New Zealand and Oceana District Insurance Officers, checked and then supplied to the appointed broker AON NZ.
AON may need to send the information either in a report, or your survey answers to the insurers that are permitted to operate in New Zealand and the Pacific.
How will I be kept in touch on the progress
This facility uses the rotaryoceania.zone system. Each cover will be provided under a master policy or, if necessary a special policy for your organisation. A project will be set up and you will be added to the project as a Follower so when anything needs to be advised or communicated you will be emailed with that advice or communication.
