This facility uses the rotaryoceania.zone system.  Each cover will be provided under a master policy or, if necessary a special policy for your organisation.  A project will be set up and you will be added to the project as a Follower so when anything needs to be advised or communicated you will be emailed with that advice or communication.

In addition, there is a an online Q&A to assist you. You can reference that for all questions and answers and there is advice on filing a helpdesk ticket.

Each district has appointed a District Liaison Insurance Officer (DILO), and if you file a helpdesk ticket officer will be copied on the request.
